    Had a decent stay overall! The room felt clean and cozy. It was a short walk to downtown activities. Though the hot water took ages and parking was a hassle, I enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants!

    Very helpful and accommodating staff, had lovely stay!!!

    Magnificent location of the hotel very close to everything. I tried some drinks at wine bar La Estacion Restaurante, located 5 minutes walk away. Loved my rooms with balcony. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

    during my stay, I loved being just a few steps from fantastic eateries like Mil Amores Restaurante Bar, made grabbing a bite super easy, and also enjoyed the quick walk to Museo Arqueologico de Valle de Bravo to soak in some local history.

    I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard room at Valle Bonito, and it was an excellent value for money. The staff were accommodating, providing advice on transport to the butterfly reserve and recommending Taco Jaime just up the street-don't miss it! The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy my tacos, and the availability of drinking water helped reduce plastic waste.

    Bathroom felt cramped.

    Hot water took forever to arrive!!! Balconies adjacent to a night club meant sleepless nights!!! Parking was non-existent which is frustrating in such a tight town!!! Staff could improve in terms of resolving simple issues!!!

    The room was clean and located right near downtown, super convenient. It was pretty basic but had a nice vibe.     Solo traveler must try

    The staff were super friendly and always willing to help out when I asked for local recommendations. I took their advice and got tacos to-go from a spot nearby, then enjoyed them while overlooking the rooftop terrace, it was very nice!

    It was not exactly a bargain but still fair considering the service.
